MindFort is an AI-powered penetration testing platform that delivers human-level security testing at machine speed. We're building fully autonomous AI agents that can find, exploit, and patch complex vulnerabilities in web applications at massive scale.

Our agents think and act like human penetration testers: they analyze targets, collaborate, and exploit weaknesses — but with the speed and scale only AI can achieve.

Security teams are already falling behind with outdated tools and manual processes. AI-generated code is flooding the world faster than humans can secure it. MindFort is closing that gap. Our platform will be critical for organizations building with AI and will redefine how offensive security is done.

About the Role:

We're hiring a founding GTM hire to own how MindFort grows. You'll work directly with the founders to build pipeline, close deals, and shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role: you won't be plugging into a playbook — you'll be writing it.

You'll join a high-trust, high-velocity team where decisions are fast, responsibilities are broad, and your work will have an immediate effect on revenue and company trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue across our target customer segments.
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategy alongside the founding team.
  • Engage prospects and customers across the full journey — from first touch to closed deal to expansion.
  • Build and iterate on messaging that resonates with engineering leaders, AppSec teams, and CTOs.
  • Identify new channels, partnerships, and growth levers to accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Maintain visibility into key metrics and use data to continuously improve GTM execution.
  • Represent MindFort at industry events, conferences, and within the YC ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a GTM, sales, or growth role at a B2B SaaS or developer tools company.
  • Comfortable engaging technical buyers — you don't need to code, but you can hold your own with an engineering leader.
  • Strong communicator: sharp writing, clear thinking, confident in front of customers.
  • A builder who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Motivated by outcomes and ownership, not process and playbooks.

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or AppSec teams.
  • Background in or passion for cybersecurity, developer tooling, or AI.
  • Familiarity with the YC ecosystem and startup buying dynamics.
  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup (Series A or earlier).
