The Mission We are entering an era where software doesn't just execute code - it spends money. AI Agents are autonomous, powerful, and unpredictable. A single logic bug in a background loop can burn through a startup's runway in hours.
Aden is building the safety layer that makes agentic AI viable for the enterprise. We are the "CFO in the code" - the infrastructure that allows engineering teams to ship powerful AI features without the fear of bankruptcy-level accidents.
The Challenge We aren't building a passive analytics dashboard. We are building active, high-velocity financial infrastructure. At Aden, you will work on low-latency middleware that sits in the critical path of AI execution. Our systems need to ingest streams of trace data, calculate complex unit economics in real-time (using Materialize views), and make split-second decisions to "kill" connections before they spiral out of control.
Why Join Us?
High Stakes Engineering: You aren't centering divs. You are building the "circuit breakers" for the world's most advanced LLM applications.
Immediate Impact: Our code literally saves our customers money the second it is installed. You will see the results of your work in the "Saved Spend" column every day.
The "Picks and Shovels" of AI: While everyone else fights to build the best chatbot, we are building the essential governance layer that every AI company will eventually need to survive due diligence and enterprise procurement.
Who We Are We are a team of technical founders and builders (PhD / CS background) who value shipping over slides. We are looking for engineers who want to touch the metal, understand the intricacies of LLM tokenomics, and build the standard for AI financial governance.
About the Role We are looking for a highly versatile, "triple-threat" Product Lead to take ownership of Aden’s core product experience. Because we are building deeply technical financial infrastructure for AI, our product surface area spans API design, developer experience (DX), enterprise dashboards, and complex system architecture. This is not a traditional, siloed product management role. You will be the visionary and the executor—prototyping user interfaces, writing technical specifications, prioritizing the roadmap, and rolling up your sleeves to contribute to the codebase when necessary. You will act as the critical nexus between our engineering team, our enterprise clients, and our strategic vision, ensuring that we are not just building powerful infrastructure, but delivering an exceptional, intuitive product experience that accelerates our B2B adoption.
