Splash is developing the next generation of autonomous surface vessels (ASVs) to provide National Security and defend critical assets such as oil rigs and shipping terminals. Our long-term vision is to make traditional naval vessels obsolete by creating a fleet of low-cost and versatile boats which will be able to dominate the seas. Our expertise in mass manufacturing, engineering and quickly scaling operations will make this vision a reality.

We’re looking for a Graphic & Web Designer who aligns with our mission of building scalable, reliable, and easy-to-use maritime robotic systems. This role supports an engineering-led team where design is expected to be clear, consistent, and grounded in real use.

You’ll work directly with the people building the product to create visual assets and websites that reflect what we ship—practical, cutting-edge, and dependable. Strong design at Splash means making thoughtful decisions, keeping things simple, and deeply understanding what we’re building and why.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for websites, presentations, and technical materials
• Design, build, and maintain company websites
• Create layouts and components in Figma
• Implement responsive web designs using Framer or similar tools
• Keep visual work consistent across all digital assets
• Work directly with engineers and leadership on active projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic and web design
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience designing and building websites
• Comfortable working in Figma
• Experience with tools like Framer or similar
• Able to work independently and move quickly without a lot of process

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with engineering, robotics, maritime, or defense teams
• Interest in usability, reliability, and scalable systems
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Portfolio that shows practical, well-judged design work
