About the role

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Delhi NCR
Department: Sales & Channel Operations
Reporting To: Sales Manager / CEO


Role Summary

Enerjazz is seeking a Sales Coordinator to keep the entire sales engine running smoothly by managing CRM, coordinating with dealers, supporting field sales teams, and ensuring timely reporting. You will handle the backend of the sales pipeline and ensure no lead or order falls through the cracks.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & CRM

  • Manage CRM / lead sheets and ensure daily updates for leads, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Coordinate dealer visits, sales schedules, demos, and field team planning.
  • Support order processing: documentation, dealer onboarding files, and internal coordination.

Lead Management & Dealer Support

  • Qualify inbound leads before passing them to field sales.
  • Maintain constant communication with dealers—updates, reminders, and support needs.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to logistics, finance, and customer support teams.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales dashboards: funnel stages, conversion %, and dealer activity.
  • Track sales performance metrics and highlight bottlenecks.
  • Support marketing in running dealer campaigns or local promotions.

Process & Experience Improvement

  • Build better coordination processes between sales → ops → support.
  • Improve lead-handling SOPs, follow-up cadence, and reporting automation.

Required Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support/coordination.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, basic CRM systems, and sales tracking.
  • Strong Hindi communication; relationship-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, disciplined, and committed to follow-through.

Good to Have

  • Experience in EV, two-wheeler/three-wheeler, or battery distribution.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, or similar tools.
  • Basic data analysis skills.

  • CRM Data Accuracy: > 99%
  • Lead Follow-up Timeliness: 100%
  • Dealer Meeting Coordination Accuracy: > 98%
  • Daily/Weekly Dashboard Submission: 100%
  • Order Process Errors: < 2%
