AgentMail is the email inbox API for AI agents. It gives agents their own email inboxes, like Gmail does for humans.

Unlike other email APIs, AgentMail provides fully-managed, persistent inboxes that handle parsing, threading, labeling, searching, and replying so agents get the same email experience as humans.

Email is critical to identity and communication on the internet. Much of the context that people use for their work exists within email. AgentMail enables AI agents to meet people where they work and use the internet like humans do.

AgentMail is building the identity and communication infrastructure for AI agents, starting with email. We’re looking for a key Founding Strategy and Operations Lead. You’ll set up scalable automations and set up operating processes, tighten internal workflows, drive pricing and logistics projects, and build the dashboards we use to make decisions. This role is execution heavy with clear ownership across operations, data, and early GTM.

You’ll work on:

• Building automations and repeatable processes across the company

• Standing up internal tools, templates, and workflows that scale

• Capturing data across sales, product, and ops to build clean dashboards

• Driving initiatives in pricing, logistics, vendor management, and ops quality

• Defining and testing early sales motions with tight feedback loops

• Running cross functional projects with fast turnaround

You’re a fit if:

• You can automate simple workflows and organize data clearly

• You can turn messy problems into crisp plans

• You like being early and owning entire workstreams end to end

Strong preference for experience with Zapier or similar automation tools (Make, n8n), Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, CRM systems like HubSpot, basic dashboard tools, and comfort working with simple API style data like JSON. Previous operating, consulting, and investment banking experience is a plus.

Built on AWS, utilizing services including API Gateway, Lambda, Dynamo, S3, and SQS.

Infrastructure is configured entirely with Pulumi. Code is written entirely in Typescript.
