We are replacing workflows that typically run on spreadsheets, email, etc with AI-first software that brings the whole org together to meet compliance requirements faster, more thoroughly, and with greater transparency. We currently have thousands of active users from dozens of enterprise-grade customers on pledged/paid long-term contracts. Our leadership joined from Adobe, PayPal, AWS, and Harvard Law. 

We built the first platform that handles the unique challenges our customers face from beginning-to-end. The ideal candidate will not only be a natural problem solver but will also enjoy the thrill of discovering which problems our users need solved in the first place. None of our customers have ever used a product like our’s before.

Most of us work remotely. We have an office in downtown SF and most of our team is split between the bay area and NYC.

Role and Responsibilities

• Continuously develop your understanding of the needs and wants of our customers
• Design, build, and tune our users’ workflows
• Own end-to-end implementation of business-critical features

About You

• 3+ years of experience shipping software
• Demonstrated competency in React/Typescript/Postgres
• Experience working with end-users (doesn’t need to be in tech)
