About Claim Health

We're building the first fully autonomous billing company for healthcare.

At-home care is the fastest-growing segment in healthcare, yet its revenue cycle is broken; operations are filled with manual processes, payer fragmentation, and compliance landmines. Agencies lose millions annually to denials, underpayments, and backlogs.

Claim Health uses AI to automate every step of billing:

  • Preventing denials before they happen
  • Fixing documentation and compliance issues
  • Submitting clean claims automatically
  • Resolving underpayments and reconciling revenue

🚀 Why Claim Health?

  • Massive Market: RCM in at-home care is a $50B+ problem. We're building the system of record and intelligence layer for it.
  • Breakthrough Tech: We use autonomous agents, AI-assisted RPA, and LLMs to tackle problems incumbents can't touch.
  • Real Revenue, Real Impact: We launched just a few months ago, have already recovered 5-figures in revenue for customers in a single day, reduced billing from 3 days to 3 hours, and are growing fast. We literally cannot keep up with demand.
  • Founding Team: We're repeat builders from top healthcare and fintech startups. We move fast and ship faster.
  • Own It: Early team members get to shape product, culture, and technical foundations, with meaningful equity upside.

💼 We're Hiring

We're looking for:

  • Founding Engineers who want to ship end-to-end, from browser automation to EDI
  • Operators & GTM Builders who thrive in zero-to-one

If you want to reinvent how $100B+ in care is paid for, and build one of the biggest AI companies in healthcare, we want to talk.

Our Technology

Claim Health is solving one of healthcare’s most complex and fragmented problems, revenue cycle management in at-home care, with a modern, AI-native tech stack.

What We Use

  • TypeScript across the stack
  • Node.js and tRPC for backend services
  • React with Tailwind
  • LLMs and Voice AI to power real-time documentation, denials analysis, and agentic workflows
  • Mastra and custom agents to build autonomous systems that take real actions to get claims reimbursed

What We’re Solving

  • Fully automating complex multi-step billing workflows with minimal human input
  • Parsing unstructured documentation and mapping it to payer-specific rules using AI
  • Building scalable automation to integrate with disparate data sources
  • Designing agentic systems that collaborate across human, API, and UI layer, with accountability, retries, and memory

We’re pushing the frontier of what AI can do in production, on real revenue, in highly regulated environments. If you’re excited about building agents that do real work (not just demos) this is your playground.
