What you'll do

• Build AI agent platform to serve risk and compliance in trillion-dollar financial industry (don't worry if you don't know anything about finance)
• Build mission critical features for Fortune 500 customers
• Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other’s code, and move quickly.

Requirements

• At least 5+ year software engineer work experience.
• 3+ year infrastructure on cloud expertise
• Big plus on hands-on experience on kubernetes
• Have led 5-people + projects
• Tracked history of getting along well with PMs and Designers.
• Communicative to internal stakeholders and external customers

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity, with the flexibility for partial remote work. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and scaling of our cutting-edge data warehouse. Collaborating closely with our engineering team, you will play a key role in architecting the platform, crafting and implementing sophisticated algorithms and models, and partnering with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and improve performance.
