About StackAI

Stack AI is a no-code drag-and-drop tool to quickly design, test, and deploy AI workflows that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT, to automate any business process.

Our core value is to make it extremely easy to build arbitrarily complex AI pipelines using a visual interface that allows you to connect different data sources with different AI models.

Our customers use Stack AI to build applications such as:

  • Chatbots and Assistants: AI agents that interact with users, answer questions, and complete tasks, using your internal data and APIs.
  • Document Processing: apps to answer questions, summarize, and extract insights from any document, no matter how long.
  • Answer Questions on Databases: connect GPT-like models to databases (such as Notion, Airtable, or Postgres) and ask questions about them.
  • Content Creation: generate tags, summaries, and transfer styles or formats between documents and data sources.
About the role

About StackAI

StackAI is a no-code AI workflow platform that empowers companies to build, deploy, and scale AI-powered workflows without needing deep ML expertise. With thousands of users and rapidly growing enterprise adoption, our mission is to democratize access to LLMs and put AI into the hands of every business operator, not just developers. Backed by Y Combinator and leading investors, we’re building the foundational platform for the AI-driven future of work.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the next phase of StackAI’s growth. As one of our first product hires, you’ll have a foundational impact on how we build, prioritize, and scale our product. You will work closely with the founders, engineering, design, sales, and customers to define the roadmap, shape product strategy, and ensure that we’re delivering best-in-class AI workflows that solve real problems for businesses.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving startup where you’ll need to wear many hats, from user research to product strategy to launch execution. You’ll be responsible for turning our mission into an actionable product roadmap and delivering features that delight users while supporting rapid enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will…

  • Define and own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality features on time, balancing speed with scalability.

  • Translate customer insights and market trends into product requirements and long-term strategy.

  • Drive end-to-end product development, from discovery and design to launch, measurement, and iteration.

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to understand enterprise needs and ensure product-market fit.

  • Establish clear metrics and KPIs for product performance, communicating progress and insights to the leadership team.

  • Advocate for a user-centric approach while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.

  • Help shape StackAI’s product culture and processes as we scale.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have…

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI/ML platforms.

  • A proven track record of shipping impactful products in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong technical literacy, able to work with engineers on APIs, workflows, and integrations without needing to code.

  • Deep experience in user research, product discovery, and data-driven decision making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.

Preferred Qualifications

You will be an exceptional fit if you also have…

  • Experience working in early-stage startups where you’ve built product processes from scratch.

  • Familiarity with AI models, LLM applications, or workflow automation platforms.

  • Background in technical products (APIs, infrastructure, or developer tools).

  • Passion for AI and a belief in its potential to transform the future of work.

Technology

Our tech stack includes:

  • Frontend: Next.js + Tailwind (Typescript)
  • Backend: FastAPI + Supabase (Python)
  • Databases: PostgreSQL + MongoDB

And we have internally built a super easy-to-use Machine Learning framework tailored to using Large Language Models in a flow-like sequence (akin to Pytorch + Langchain if you are familiar with those). It allows you to seamlessly integrate new functionality into the code base and we are also discussing whether to open-source it since it feels like magic!
