We are looking for a Sales Engineer to partner with our sales team and customers to unlock the power of StackAI’s platform. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise and customer-facing execution—you’ll be the go-to resource for demonstrating value, building workflows, and ensuring prospects and customers succeed with StackAI.
The ideal candidate has startup experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has solved these challenges before: helping customers understand emerging technology, separating good use cases from bad ones, and accelerating adoption through hands-on engagement.
Conduct demos of StackAI for prospective customers, tailoring to their use cases.
Design and build workflows inside StackAI to show customers how their problems can be solved with our platform.
Evaluate customer use cases alongside the sales team, identifying high-value opportunities versus low-fit scenarios.
Answer technical questions during the sales cycle, ensuring customers have confidence in our platform.
Run bootcamps and workshops for customers and prospects to deepen adoption and understanding.
Develop reusable workflow templates that can be shared across customer teams and back into our product library.
Serve as a bridge between sales, product, and engineering , sharing customer insights that inform roadmap decisions.
2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical customer-facing role.
Proven success at a high-growth SaaS startup ; experience in AI or developer tools is a strong plus.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can simplify complex concepts for any audience.
Comfortable building in front of customers and running live demos/workshops.
A problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with sales, product, and customers alike.
We prefer candidates in New York City , but we are open to exceptional remote talent.
