About the role

About the Role
DeepAware AI (YC S25) is building secure, efficient, and autonomous infrastructure for the AI era. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth by forging partnerships with data center operators and other key players in the AI infrastructure ecosystem. You’ll lead pilot deployments, close strategic deals, and help scale DeepAware’s market presence globally.

You’ll be joining a fast-moving, high-impact team tackling some of the most pressing challenges in data center automation — working at the intersection of AI, energy, and robotics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential data center customers and ecosystem partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation and closing
  • Work closely with the product team to align solutions with customer needs and operational goals
  • Represent DeepAware at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand awareness
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption of our DCIM and robotics solutions

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally within data centers, AI infrastructure, or energy technology
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment and take ownership of outcomes
  • Global business development experience strongly preferred

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing network of contacts in the data center or AI infrastructure industries
  • Experience selling technical products that involve AI, ML, or industrial automation
  • Familiarity with sustainability, energy efficiency, or carbon reduction solutions
Technology

We’re building a Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platform that uses Reinforcement Learning for workload scheduling, real-time market integration for energy cost optimization, and AI-driven monitoring for security and stability. Our upcoming robotics integration enables remote inspections, cable swaps, and maintenance — enabling true 24/7 autonomous operations.

You’ll work on hard, high-impact technical problems — from designing scalable real-time control systems to optimizing GPU workloads across multi-tenant environments, to building the “robotic hands” of AI infrastructure.
