Products like catheters, wound dressings, diabetes supplies, etc. aren't sold through pharmacies. Instead, $50B+ of these products are ordered by doctors for their patients via fax every year. We're bringing this market online.

As a Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be shaping the future of at-home care. You'll be a key part of the team, working closely with customers & internal teams to define exactly what needs to be built. Core Skills & Experience:

• At least 4 years experience building, shipping, and maintaining full-stack applications in a production environment.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or other relevant technical focuses.
• Proficiency in building applications with both backend (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript) and frontend (e.g., React, Vue) technologies.
• A strong command of SQL and experience designing and querying relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• The ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Environment & Location

• This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of our new San Francisco hub. This role will begin as remote for candidates based in the Bay Area. As we finalize our downtown SF office (expected in the coming months), this role will transition to a hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office. You will play a critical role in shaping the engineering culture and team structure of our West Coast presence.

What engineering roles look like with us:

• You'll be able to own features end-to-end and eventually be responsible for large chunks of the product.
• Healthcare is complex. Our job is to come up with creative technical solutions to build solutions for users that hide this complexity.
• You won't just build "nice to have" software. Our users rely on our software to deliver supplies that are critical for care.
• You'll work directly with the CEO who's also an engineer.
