We want to encourage you to be rewarded for the quality of your work. Here is how payment works:

• $1 per 1,000 views (combined from Tik Tok, Reels, and Shorts)
• Up to 50 videos per week, up to $800 per video, up to $4,000 per week
• Other limits apply

This means that 10 semi-performant videos per week (ie 200,000 views) can earn you over $2,000!

We believe in controlling the end-to-end development process so that using our technology is effortless.

We are looking for top full-stack SWEs or designers to ship features & optimizations on our core product.

On the frontend, we utilize React, Next.js, and a variety of frontend libraries. We are looking for designers to dramatically improve the UI/UX, or engineers with heavy frontend experience.

On the backend, we utilize backend servers built on a Convex environment, a Convex database, and complex processes involved with AI agentic processes. We are looking for very strong SWEs to work on these systems.

Underneath everything is an VM infra system for spinning up applications, interfacing with isolated filesystems, running dev environments, deploying apps to prod, and everything else dev-ops related. Infrastructure knowledge is preferred.
