Since launching in April 2024, Glimpse has quickly grown from 0 --> 100 customers with a small team (3 founders until October 2024 and a team of 8 as of February 2025). Our team operates in person in NYC and everyone has high ownership a we continue to grow exponentially. We've raised $17M from investors like 8VC, YC, and more.

Prior to launching this, the Glimpse founders previously built the first Airbnb product placement network and have spent 6 years building solutions for consumer brands.

About the role

Job Description

We are looking for a resourceful and organized problem-solver to be our first implementation hire. You will be the owner and project manager of the crucial implementation function, ensuring our customers are successfully onboarded and set up for success with Glimpse. You will get to know our customers’ processes deeply, and work cross-functionally with various teams to resolve any roadblock that comes up in implementing Glimpse for a customer. As the founding member of this team, you will be both in the weeds with customers as they join, as well as working to set the core processes for how this team and its workflows continue to scale effectively.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 5+ years in an implementation, project management, or customer success role at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup, or similar fast-paced environment
  • Experience as project manager for complex processes with multiple stakeholders, such as customer onboardings
  • A bias for action and scrappiness to deliver customer solutions
  • Ability to distill important information from customer conversations
  • High empathy and a knack for relationship building
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excited to work 5 days a week from our NY office full-time
  • (Preferred) Experience working with financial tools or retail/wholesale brands
  • (Nice to have) Low-code or no-code automation experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers onto the Glimpse platform
  • Identify inefficiencies in implementation processes and address them with process fixes or automations
  • Simultaneously track progress of multiple customers getting to initial value delivery with the customer success team
  • Manage and iterate critical customer and operations processes for every new customer
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success, engineering, and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks in implementation
