Dedalus Labs is building the MCP gateway for the next generation of AI applications by unifying the fragmented AI agents ecosystem with a single drop-in API endpoint. We host and manage your MCP servers, allowing users to go from idea to production in a single click. Users can pick any model from any vendor, mix-and-match whatever tools they want from our MCP marketplace, and ship within minutes.

We handle housing completely so you can focus on building, not rent. See all the amenities at thelandingsf.com.
Whether it’s lunch at Anthropic’s headquarters or attending those famous SF secret dinners, spend the summer in SF where the future of AI is being built.
3 days in-office + 2 days remote. We want you to be at your best and would rather you operate at 95% efficiency during designated work hours instead of 20% efficiency working all the time.

We’re at the bleeding edge of technology. There will not be tidy tutorials for you to follow. You should be exceptional at reading documentation and raw source code on GitHub.
We’re hiring rapid prototypers. You should be inclined to ship rough prototypes fast, and then iterate them to perfection throughout the summer.
We’re a lean team with a lot to be built. As an example, you should be comfortable writing FastAPIs one day, taking ownership of a Next.js frontend feature the next day, all while managing server load balancing, auto scaling, and telemetry.
We’re looking for a mission-driven engineer who’s passionate about writing high-quality code with an insatiable desire to mold the world through AI. We want to change the way AI agents are used and deployed, with a view of becoming a fully-fledged AI research lab specialized in the mid- and post-training of LLM agents.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
