Position Overview
Ambient.ai is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional who is passionate about innovation, continuous growth, and professional development. The Regional Sales Manager role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition. We are seeking seasoned professionals with a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders across various business units.

You will take ownership of an assigned territory focused on net new logo and upsell opportunities
You will demonstrate expertise in building business cases that clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of your customer organizations, including C-level executives
You will constantly generate a pipeline using creative techniques, tools, team collaboration, industry events, and top-tier channel partners
You will close deals through world-class planning and preparation, developing and cultivating relationships with enterprise organizations, as well as being consultative in your approach to solving complex real business problems
You will demonstrate expertise in building business cases that clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of your customer/prospect organizations
You will benefit from complementary and robust Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Value Consulting, and Transformation Teams throughout your sales cycles
You will win deals through world-class planning and preparation, as well as being consultative in your approach to solving real business problems
The amazing skills you’ll bring to Ambient.ai:
5+ years of experience evangelizing enterprise technology, with a focus on SaaS and disruptive cloud technologies
Consistent track record of over-achievement; net new logo accomplishments; and keen understanding of how to leverage partner relationships
You have significant experience with MEDDIC as a leading indicator-driven sales process (highly preferred)
You demonstrate a true “value-based” sales approach and have experience explaining complex ROI models to C-level customers
You’re ready to think differently, learn, and embrace new methodologies
You are a natural champion builder who builds strong relationships through proactive outreach and consistently contributes meaningful, measurable value to client success
You demonstrate strategic planning and operational excellence by effectively managing your territory as if it were your own business
You don’t cut corners, even with SFDC hygiene
A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
