About Glimpse

Glimpse offers AI services for retail brands starting with an AI deductions service. Deductions are fees that brands incur from their distributors & retailers & brands 2-3% of their topline sales to invalid deductions. Glimpse automates this end to end directly impacting the bottom line with the vision of becoming a suite of services to help brands succeed.

Since launching in April 2024, Glimpse has quickly grown from 0 --> 100 customers with a small team (3 founders until October 2024 and a team of 8 as of February 2025). Our team operates in person in NYC and everyone has high ownership a we continue to grow exponentially. We've raised $17M from investors like 8VC, YC, and more.

Prior to launching this, the Glimpse founders previously built the first Airbnb product placement network and have spent 6 years building solutions for consumer brands.

About the role

Job Description

We are looking for hungry and versatile folks to join as our founding sales development representatives at Glimpse. Glimpse has grown extremely fast (0→125 customers in 12 months) and we are looking for gritty individuals who can help us scale 10x. As an early hire, you will not only come in and hit milestones, but also be a part of creating foundational processes with a big growth opportunity at the company. If successful, this role could evolve into several roles including Field Sales, Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or SDR team lead.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years as a SDR (new grads okay)
    • Proven track record of exceeding quota in past sales roles
    • (Preferred) Experience working for companies focused on AI applications in vertical markets.
  • Attitude: Fearless when talking to new people and a motivated self-starter, eager to consistently take on new challenges
  • Tenacious: Comfortable with on-the-phone and in-person rejection, and ability to keep following up with prospects
  • Excellent Communicator: Articulates value proposition clearly and deeply understands customer pain points
  • Work Culture: Excited to contribute to a strong culture, working together IRL in our NYC office 5 days a week
    • Able to travel to conferences (~30%)
  • Tech Stack: Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn, and modern AI sales tools like Clay

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Outreach: Engage with new prospects via cold calling or LinkedIn DM’ing to convert qualified leads into meetings
  • Field Sales: Identify and convert new prospects at tradeshows and conferences, and industry social events
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Growth, and CEO to refine and execute Top of Funnel strategy
