Overview

ClaimSorted (YC S24) is hiring a Founding Engineer to work alongside our CTO on our AI-powered claim handling system

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our CTO to develop customer-facing software for submitting and tracking claims
• Build and maintain an internal ML-powered claim handling system
• Work closely with internal and external customers to understand how today’s claim handling process can be improved

Technical skills

• Passion for shipping quickly, above all else
• Ability to develop scalable, straightforward systems
• 2-7 years in full-stack development
• Proficiency in JS/TS
• Experience hosting applications with AWS/GCP/Azure
• Experience with SQL and ORMs

General skills

• Passion for navigating uncertainty
• Strong ability to work closely with users to understand their needs
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience
