That’s why we’re building Just Words, an AI-first marketing copilot that automatically optimizes your marketing campaigns and hyper-personalizes marketing content at scale.

Our mission is to build an AI that can handle day-to-day marketing operations like coming up with new campaigns and designing compelling emails and notifications that resonate with each user, but our core vision is to make marketing feel more like a conversation than “content.”

As a Founding Engineer, your responsibility would be to help us build and scale our product from the ground up. You must be willing to bet on yourself and build expertise quickly.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industry experience in full-stack development, data engineering, or machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in either frontend or backend languages. Preferred frontend language is Typescript (NextJS is a plus), and preferred backend language is anything that is strongly typed (Java, Scala, Rust).
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of database design. (PySpark is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with cloud and auth platforms (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare, Clerk) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with A/B experimentation, ML modeling, and deployments
