About the role:
As an Events & Community Manager at Instrumentl, you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing educational events and managing community engagement initiatives. Your primary goal will be to generate demand by creating meaningful experiences and building a strong, enthusiastic community. You'll work closely with our other two Events & Community Managers, Rachel, and Nia.
Instrumentl is a startup, so you’ll have the unique opportunity to contribute across many areas of the company and help define the future of your role as the 8th member of the Growth team. You’ll have significant ownership over the event calendar and the creative freedom to pitch new event formats and community-building approaches.
We’re interested in candidates who think strategically, thrive on community engagement, and take every opportunity to improve existing processes.

The Instrumentl team is fully distributed (read: no office!). For this position, we are looking for someone based in the continental US, but open to candidates who have substantial overlap with standard working hours in the Central Time Zone.
