Nextera Robotics is a fast-growing Industrial Robotics and AI company founded at MIT. We develop and deploy extensive fleets of purpose-built robots. Nextera Robotics is revolutionizing the Construction Industry with DIDGE AI: a project management platform powered by AI and Autonomous Robots.

We are seeking a charismatic individual with a passion for technology and construction, to join us as a Business Development Manager. You'll join a dynamic, agile team that believes in minimal bureaucracy and full autonomy. Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, charisma, confidence, full language proficiency.
  • 3+ years experience as an account executive in Construction tech.
  • Other relevant prior experience: construction manager, superintendent, VDC manager, construction business development manager, real estate broker, remodeling manager, etc.
  • Fast learner: able to quickly understand the user value of the platform, learn how it works, and explain it to clients.
  • Strong analytical skills: understand user feedback, and convert it into specifications for future updates of the platform.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person presentations and site deployments.
  • Hands-on person, comfortable around mechanical tools, electronics, computers

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate DIDGE to construction project teams and decision makers via video calls and in person.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Didge clients.
  • Positioning Didge as a singular, cohesive offering to simplify the message and emphasize its comprehensive benefits.
  • Proactively promote the upcoming integrations with top construction SAAS platforms to generate early interest.
  • Drive Didge’s presence at key industry trade shows to showcase the technology and expand market reach.
  • Manage kick-off meetings at new deployments, build strong bond with the key users.
  • Collect feedback from client teams, analyze and Synthesize client feedback into actionable product specifications for the enhancement of DIDGE.

Advantages:

  • Familiarity with popular construction software tools: Procore, Primavera, Textura, Revit, Navisworks, etc.
  • Familiarity with UX design.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Compensation: base pay + commission
