Phone screen with CEO to discuss previous experience, working style, etc., and technical screen with company advisors. Mostly interested in learning about experience in building apps from nothing to some level of traction, and comfort in scaling a team. Will ask for a few professional referrals from previous employers. With mutual interest, open to discussing the CTO role as well.
If there is a good fit, we will start a 1 month trial period on seeing how we work together on building out the MVP. If all goes well we'll extend a full time offer
