We have spent years working on our core NLP platform and recently decided to focus on the Revenue Recognition use case. Since then we’ve experienced extremely strong growth with Enterprise Software companies and have doubled our revenue in just the last 3 months.

We have spent years working on our core NLP platform and found a product market fit by focusing on the Revenue Recognition use case. We’re experiencing hypergrowth and raised an $18m Series A in Dec 2021. Security and Availability are incredibly important given the nature of enterprise data (contracts) we handle. We are looking to add a seasoned DevOps Engineer to our team. You will be one of the two engineers of the DevOps/Platform team supporting 20+ engineers and production/staging/QA environments.

Responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of application infrastructure in AWS - EC2, ECS, S3, ELB etc. Preparing the application for a massive scale. Taking ownership of the CI/CD and automated testing pipeline. Instilling technical controls to enforce Klarity’s InfoSec policies. A continuous focus on increasing developer velocity.
Requirements: Strong prior experience working with AWS cloud services and infrastructure Excellent understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, Ansible etc). Containerization and container deployment experience.

Cool Challenges: Using a mix of statistical and linguistic techniques to perform a high-accuracy information extraction task on "Legalese". Supercharging human lawyers by working closely with lawyers on the team and building useful tools that get deployed immediately. Constructing a robust document processing pipeline that allows for quick onboarding of new contract types and is adaptable to tagset changes.
Stack: Vast majority of the backend codebase is written in python with some internal tools built in javascript. Our Frontend is built in React.js. We use containerized (docker) microservices and host everything on AWS.
