About DreamWorld

DreamWorld is a next-gen Minecraft with generative AI building. A game and platform for 3D user generated content, DreamWorld is a digital world with one of the largest multiplayer capacities ever developed. Our players grew up on User Generated Content games, but are now 13-40 and have aged out Roblox / Minecraft. DreamWorld provides more powerful building tools, better graphics, and massive social multiplayer.

Look at the software that has fundamentally changed how people live: Search (Google), Social Networks (Facebook), Ecommerce (Amazon). Now think of what will come in the next 25. One of these monumental shifts will be the pervasiveness of the Digital World, and it is our goal to create it.

We believe this Digital World will rise out of the medium that's had the seeds of it for a while, Gaming. So, we are building a massive Sandbox MMO, with the game focused on User Creation and Socializing. You can think of our initial goal as creating a successor to Minecraft and World of Warcraft.

DreamWorld – The largest multiplayer sandbox MMO ever built

DreamWorld is looking for creative, driven Marketing & Community Engagement Interns to help us grow our player base and strengthen our Discord community ahead of our Early Access launch. If you're passionate about gaming communities, content creation, and connecting with players one-on-one, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to players and builders in games like Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite Creative, Core, etc. and invite them to check out DreamWorld
  • Welcome and engage with new members in our Discord server daily
  • Assist in community initiatives, events, and conversations to maintain an active, positive space.
  • Work with the marketing team to support short-form content campaigns (TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Provide feedback on outreach strategies and community engagement experiments

What We’re Looking For

  • Loves multiplayer/sandbox/building games (like Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite Creative, etc.)
  • Active on Discord (familiar with channels, bots, community culture, etc.)
  • Good at talking to people online (friendly, clear, confident in DMs and chats)
  • Knows how to spot and reach out to good builders/players in other games
  • Interested in marketing or community building (even if no formal experience)
  • Bonus: experience moderating a server, running game events, or creating content (memes, clips, etc.)
  • Bonus: already involved in any online game community as a fan, player, or contributor

  • Remote position
  • Duration: 6 months

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in marketing, community management, and game development.

Technology

We're building DreamWorld in C++ on Unreal Engine, creating gameplay features that we ship every week to eager players.
