Moxion's logistics team remotely monitors our gensets and provides battery charging/swapping services so our customers never have to worry about running out of power. The Role

As our Business Systems Analyst for Enterprise resource planning (ERP) & Material Requirements Planning (MRP), you will be our go-to-Moxian for providing support to our Finance & Supply Chain users. In this role you will be  partnering with internal stakeholders or teams for overseeing integrations, system enhancements, documentation, and system administration for NetSuite. You will also be responsible for maintaining the system for reliable performance, conducting root cause & corrective actions, and working with business to drive system improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee NetSuite ERP & MRP implementation, integration, and support defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery.
• Enable highly available, modern, efficient, and effective business systems that make information readily available for supply chain and financial monitoring, improving manufacturing processes & regulatory compliance.
• Own key administrator tasks to tailor, maintain and optimize NetSuite for business needs.
• Identify specific business requirements & challenges; Develop and execute corresponding NetSuite solutions and processes; Create and track systems tickets through resolution.

Skills to be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Systems/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Digital Solutions Implementation, Engineering, Software Development or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience with NetSuite as an administrator, business analyst or equivalent
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for working cross functionally
• Familiarity with NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, HTML, and SQL

• Comp Range: $135000-180000

Pay Equity

Moxion is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. Compensation displayed is a range. Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements.  We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience.  Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change. 

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

Moxion has filed multiple utility patents for its proprietary inverter architecture and battery module and pack design. We are also developing software that enables the use of our products. This software will eventually help automate most of our rental operations, and Moxion has filed patents that cover the use of machine learning in these applications.
