Mantys - Planning & Analytics tool for high growth startups!

Managing data and planning becomes increasingly hard as companies grow due to disparate data sources and high reliance on excel sheets. Thus, we are building a platform to help companies get all their data at one place, track metrics and more importantly, simulate different what-if scenarios like plan, budget, forecast, etc. to get to insights faster.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and creating user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points
• Design and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methods
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
