We have been scaling exponentially and we’re looking for our first full-time business data analyst to join our team!
What You'll Do As a part of HiOperator’s Operations team, you’ll play a key role in analyzing data to inform and support business decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing operations data as well as creating and maintaining data reports/dashboards for both internal and external teams.
We are a growth stage startup that operates very nimbly and you will be involved in long-term strategy as well as highly tactical day-to-day execution, reporting directly to our senior leadership team. Specific responsibilities will include: ● Assist with creating and managing existing data reporting pipelines ● Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques ● Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources ● Work closely with management to make informed, data-driven decisions ● Perform additional ad-hoc data exploration projects
Here are some of the qualifications we expect you’ll need to be successful in this role: ● Strong working knowledge of SQL and a modern data science programming language, such as R, Python or MatLab ● Knowledge of statistics and experience implementing statistical tests ● Strong analytical and problem solving skills ● Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all employees in an organization ● Excited about rolling up your sleeves to get things done ● Strong ownership mentality and enthusiasm for HiOperator's mission.
