About the role

In the short term, you'll be a senior IC responsible for helping me (technical founder) and the engineering team execute! Longer term, you'll be responsible for setting our technical strategy, roadmap, and building out a dope team of builder.

• 👩‍🎨 Design, develop and support projects throughout all phases of the software development life cycle
• ♻️ Participate in all aspects of product development life cycle including requirement/design reviews as well as code reviews.
• ❓Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes
• 🚨 Identify project risks and work effectively to mitigate them
• ⛴ Ship new features that businesses and customers are asking for
• 🤝 Help customers succeed with integration support
• 🛠 Find and help fix stability/scalability issues in a very time critical environment

About you

• Strong programming background — 4+ years of experience shipping features or products as a developer
• Desire to learn new technologies on the job
• Motivated to work on the highest priority feature no matter where in the stack/business
• Willing to get their hands dirty with IC work
• English proficiency
• NOT required to have any web3/blockchain experience!
• Preferably based in SF/Bay area. We prefer in-person collaboration for our early team! Hybrid options available also

Nice to haves

• Experience working with data infra (i.e. Databricks, etc)
• Experience with blockchain development (i.e. Rust, Solidity, etc)
• Scalable & distributed systems experience
