Firstbase is looking for a VP of Sales to help build and scale our go-to-market engine.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for risk-takers with diverse experience able to provide fearless feedback.

You will have the following responsibilities

  • Building and scaling go-to-market strategy for our existing platform and products, as well new launches.
  • Building and overseeing highly efficient sales pipeline.
  • Actively sourcing, recruiting, and retaining amazing candidates with high potential.
  • Proactively tracking and improving key metrics — and providing weekly reports.
  • Establishing aggressive quotas and making sure they are met.
  • Constantly identifying ineffective processes within the GTM team and fixing them.
  • Sharing deep partnerships with Product and other teams to meet clients’ needs.
  • Design amazing onboarding experience for new sales team members.
  • Automating everything that can be automated.
  • Uncovering hidden growth opportunities.

Minimum requirements

  • Sales leadership experience at a multi-product B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience leading the company into the next stage of growth post $10MM ARR.
