Toolbox has seen incredible growth over the past year and has already grown ~7x YTD. We are now looking to systematize our growth engine and build the company for the next phase of growth. As a key member of the founding team, we expect you to work directly with our founder/CEO and deliver on an incredible vision for our members (customers). Specific responsibilities include:
Establish and execute on a consistent marketing & product marketing strategy
Analyze data to drive growth decisions
Coordinate development of paid and organic acquisition channels
Drive pre-approval potential member journey to produce a best-in-class brand experience
Build and launch marketing campaigns to engage and nurture potential members
Push creative strategies to tell evocative brand stories that create emotional connections with members
Work closely with the business development team to close large sales opportunities
Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business Development to drive forward growth-specific projects and company-wide initiatives
5+ years of experience in growth, data-driven marketing or SMB sales, ideally at a high growth early-stage start-up
Strong understanding of multiple marketing channels, and desire to experiment with innovative marketing approaches
Experience working with data and excited to use it to drive decisions
Experience working with multiple growth platforms: e.g., Google Analytics, Segment, customer.io, etc.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable shifting priorities based on new insights and business needs
Excellent written communication skills. Ability to transform complex concepts into crisp customer-friendly language

Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
Cash & equity compensation will be determined based on experience, but will be very competitive based on market rates.
