🚀 What’s the opportunity?   

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will play a significant role in shaping and managing the product leadership function at WorkRamp. This is an amazing opportunity to lead and grow a team of product managers who are customer-obsessed and love to make data-informed product decisions. This role will both manage a team of PM(s) and also be responsible for delivering as an individual contributor on a specific product area/vertical. 

🔧 What will I be doing?

• Own, develop and drive a vision and roadmap for your dedicated product area that aligns with WorkRamp’s the long-term vision

• Build and foster a stellar diverse and inclusive product team by creating career development plans and goals to each individual's strengths

• As the product leader of a specific product area, you will be an expert of the persona and business impact for your area, including constant communication with customers, and understanding where WorkRamp should invest next 

• Make sure to align your team’s initiatives and priorities with WorkRamp’s OKRs, the strategy, and our long term vision

• Work with design and engineering on your team to estimate efforts, define milestones and manage resources

• Develop and execute against feature release deadlines, and ensure the feature is QA’d before release

• Initiate meetings, communicate any changes in feature requirements and release schedules to leadership team, and most importantly escalate critical decisions early

• Track and report on feature adoption and impact, and use data to recommend feature enhancements

🙌 What skills do I need?

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with 2+ years leading high-performance teams in fast-paced B2B organizations

• Proven experience of building and fostering high-performing teams of product managers

• Emotionally intelligent leader who values psychological safety as a means to build successful and high-performing teams

• A track record of successfully delivering strategic and tactical initiatives

• Proven experience of advocating and innovating on behalf of customers to make their daily jobs easier
