This local production improves efficacy and reduces toxicity by greatly increasing the concentration of drug within the tumor compared to distant tissues. This allows us to completely eliminate tumors while sparing healthy tissues.
We are seeking a Scientist to join our growing team. This is your chance to join a fast paced startup environment and be a key contributor to the development of next generation cancer immunotherapies.
Key responsibilities: Design and execute experimental workflows to discover and characterize novel mRNA-based immunotherapies Generate clear data packages to communicate results and inform decision making Research novel assays and technologies to help improve and accelerate Engage’s workflow

Qualifications PhD in Biology, Chemical Biology, or related field plus 1-5 years of experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Substantial wet lab experience including expertise in many of the following: Design, synthesis, and characterization of mRNA Lipid nanoparticle formulation Mammalian cell culture High-throughput, cell-based assays Flow cytometry Primary immune cell isolation Molecular cloning ELISAs and other biochemical binding assays Data analysis using Excel, Graphpad Prism, FlowJo, Python
