For instance, when properties get bought and sold, local governments have to process reams of paper in order to update their systems and perform the analyses necessary to update the tax roll. Our software makes this process 10x faster and much more enjoyable for employees in the tax office to complete, and creates trust and goodwill in the minds of taxpayers.

Salary: $65k-85k USD (dependent on experience) + Equity + Benefits 

About Us

The Role

This is a full-time role to join a growing government technology company. We’re looking for a teammate who can partner with customers early in the post-sale process and manage conversations with stakeholders to gather the necessary information, data, and IT resources for a fast implementation. This involves leading client calls with IT teams, sharing technical requirements, and a passion for project management and follow up. 

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact and project manager for customer launch logistics
• Ensure customer success by communicating key deliverables, timelines to facilitate launches in a timely manner
• Facilitate successful launches by diagnosing workflow challenges and providing product configuration recommendations to Customer Success team
• Closely collaborate with our sales, Integrations, and Customer Success team to become the subject matter expert on a client and provide seamless information handoffs
