We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Bank Operations team. One of the most valuable components of what Modern Treasury offers is connection into the global banking system, and as such, we support our prospects and customers as they go through the underwriting and implementation process for transaction banking at dozens of US and International Banks. The team that supports these customers is Bank Operations.
The Bank Operations function is critical to both the health of our partnerships and to our company growth. It’s also a new team, so you’ll be at the forefront of growing our operational cadence and structure. You’re the right fit for this job if you love operational hustle, process efficiency, crossing fifty things off your list every day, building relationships externally, and the flexibility and creativity of bringing operational rigor to a fast-paced, rapidly-growing startup.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Driving pipeline of prospects and customers in bank implementation
Weekly meetings with your banks
Building relationships with bank teams in operations and implementation
Partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure the success of their prospects and customers
Keeping your funnel in Salesforce squeaky clean and up-to-date
Please note we expect you to have experienced at least one bank implementation for payments

Map out current status of implementations with all deals with your bank partners
Go deep on history and context at your banks with Bank Partnerships teams
Understand bank capabilities, organizational structure, and needs for each partner bank
Work alongside a CSM team member to work through an implementation from the start with a customer and a banking partner to find opportunities for improvement in the overall process.
Develop a regular cadence of engaging with each bank partner in active implementations
Write documentation for customers to get through the process more easily
Work with rest of team to standardize the improvements for implementation process for each bank (specifically for those that are lesser known / established).
Make process more efficient
Create an appropriate escalation path with each particular bank to unstick implementations
Serve as liason between CS and Sales and banks
