Your role

• Market Intelligence: Develop a deep knowledge of the market, our target persona, and the competitive landscape to enable Product-Market fit
• Messaging: Define the correct wordings, content, and resources to build a clear value-proposition
• Brand Marketing: Partner with Brand Designer to create content in order to accelerate customer growth through our storytelling
• Product: Shape Café's product roadmap in order to meet customer needs and drive new customer acquisition
• Strategy: Build Café's global partnership strategy & ecosystem to accelerate growth across all our markets and increase customer satisfaction.

• Proven track record in Growth Marketing
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
• Strategic mindset to bring complex and nuanced concepts into simple actionable tasks
• You love the idea of hybrid work

All our apps (Mobile + Web) are developed with React & React Native. We're integrated with many different tools, like Slack/MS Teams, with Google Calendar/Outlook and also with about 50+ HRIS.
