About the role

We are looking for our right hand in the engineering team. We need a leader who will help us shape the culture of our engineering team and help us answer how we will develop code to achieve our ambitious goals. We anticipate that you will develop code with our engineering team, hire and manage engineers, and own our DevOps practice.
