Seeking an Operations Associate to join our Supply Growth-Onboarding Team. The Supply Growth team works to elevate and uphold our obsession with the driver experience from the first ad they see; proactively acquiring and onboarding drivers to meet our customers' delivery demands.This is an exciting role in a fast-paced, tech environment. We are looking for passionate, driven, self-starters who are ready to tackle problems from a first-principles perspective; and who are eager to learn and contribute to the company's growth and shape its operational strategies.

We will count on you to:

• Manage and process drivers through onboarding funnels
• Proactively build and manage workflows 
• Improve the current onboarding process to be more efficient
• Identify pain points for the team and drivers to optimize user experience

What you will need to have:

• 1 to 2 years experience in team environments or customer service
• Proficient with internet tools and computer programs
• Proficient excel/google sheets 
• The ability to prioritize quantity over quality work
• Great Multitasking skills
• Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
