Fleek is a marketplace connecting resellers/vintage stores with vintage wholesalers from around the world. On Fleek, you'll find the greatest vintage and second-hand wholesale fashion from Carhartt jeans to Nascar jackets, Y2K dresses to Reworked Patagonia bucket hats. We empower the trendsetters empowering the circular and sustainable fashion movement.

About the role

You're a sales whiz and you speak Gen Z (ideally, you know a thing or two about vintage clothing too!)

You will be the first hire on the business development team at Fleek and you will be owning new customer acquisition as well as account management of our existing customers.

Your responsibilities include business development on the demand side of our marketplace: finding vintage stores and resellers and to help turn them into buyers on Fleek.

You will be working closely with the founders. As part of your job you need to identify the various sales and outreach channels online and offline, and help drive sales across new and existing customers. Channels for prospecting today include email outreach, instagram outreach, offsite visits and customer phone calls.


You need to be scrappy, innovative and an analytical thinker. Our buyers and sellers are hard working GenZ-ers. Being able to have a voice that resonates with our user base is important for success in this role! You should also be willing to wear multiple hats as we grow.

Ideally you have worked at a high growth startup before and have an entrepreneurial mindset Experienced in b2b sales and prospecting processes and a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development experience. Four-year degree or relevant work experience At least 1 year of previous sales development experience at a technology company required Familiarity with or similar systems Experience with resale or second-hand and vintage clothing a plus!
