Job Description 

Homebase is looking for ambitious and talented Business Development Team Leads to join our Sell To Homebase (STH) team. Business Development Team Leads (Sell To Homebase) are responsible for direct sales with customers while also leading a team of 4-5 high-performing Sales Representatives to consistently hit or exceed Buy and Sell targets, then drive top-line growth for the Company. 

As the face of the Company, we expect Business Development Team Leads (Sell To Homebase) to be of the utmost calibre. Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Work with local home-sellers to help them solve their properties fast and conveniently through the Sell To Homebase solution offered uniquely at Homebase;

  • Leverage exceptional salesmanship and negotiation skills to buy and sell properties at the utmost beneficial prices and terms for both customers and the Company;

  • Develop business networks and collaborate with developers, agents, etc. to maintain and develop profound knowledge and an acute sense of market trends;

  • Spearhead new customer acquisition and conversion;

  • Inspire and lead a team of adept Sales Representatives to relentlessly hit or exceed Company targets;

  • Manage roles and responsibilities, operational cadence, and professional development for Sales Representatives;

  • Deliver a world-class customer experience throughout the sales journey;

  • Handle major property investment decisions that create win-win outcomes for both customers and Homebase.

 

Our requirements

Business Development Team Leads (Sell To Homebase) are revered and some of the highest-paid employees in our entire organization. As such, we set the bar very high and expect candidates to fulfill the following criteria:

  • Based in HCMC;

  • Ambitious and high-energy leaders who would inspire and empower others to achieve both individual and team success;

  • Extensive knowledge of Vietnam's residential real estate market; 

  • 3+ years of prior direct experience as a Business Development/ Sales Executive or Agent in the real estate industry;

  • 1+ years of prior direct experience leading a small team of Sales Executives;

  • Passionate about business development/ sales and driving revenue growth for the Company;

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build instant rapport with customers;

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;

  • Highly motivated and proactive;

  • Bachelor's degree.

We offer candidates the following benefits:

  • 12,000,000 VND/month base salary + uncapped commission (includes bonuses for closing Buy and Sell deals and reaching team targets - extra overrides apply as team attainment grows). Furthermore, special bonuses for self-generating customer leads and the Sell deals of default properties would be directly based on the value of properties that are worth billion VND. (Total compensation without special bonuses can range from 52,953,520 VND => 100% target attainment to 79,497,468 VND => 150% target attainment - and more for higher performance);
