Helping pregnant parents capture stem cells from umbilical cords in case their kids ever need a stem cell treatment
Anja Health is looking for a digital marketing manager to help drive awareness and adoption of our product: cord blood banking. You will be an advocate for our customers and create frictionless experiences for them. Our team create engaging experiences for pregnant parents in this delicate and special time. Our mission is to democratize access to and raise awareness around cord blood banking.
You will own the execution and serve as quality assurance across website content and key marketing channel support initiatives and campaign launches, including Email, Search, Paid Media, Social, and our Blog. As a key member of the Digital team, the ability to interpret analytics and build analysis is vital. Success in this role requires strong program management, high attention to detail, and being results-oriented and customer-centric in your approach.
This candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing funnel and possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success. You will partner closely with the product marketing, content marketing, engineering, product, and agency partners to achieve business goals. As the ideal candidate, you have a strong passion for creating highly-engaged communities for pregnant parents. Deep experience across DTC social media and blog platforms is a plus and experience ramping up on various digital web and marketing platform technologies is preferred. You love creating process and ensuring accuracy. You are deeply analytical in your approach and obsess over constantly improving customer experiences by leveraging quantitative and qualitative inputs.
Key Responsibilities Own overall content launch calendar for site and marketing initiatives. Execute creative marketing programs and campaigns across various channels, including site, email, search, and social. This will include content creation in platform across email, social, and blog channels for campaigns. Create and update site content and provide quality assurance (QA). Responsible for proactively identifying site issues (i.e. linking), and creating work back plans to optimize. Own performance measurement of Webinar marketing support to provide internal stakeholders with recommendations to increase engagement. Provide performance recaps on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with key insights for site and key marketing channel performance. Includes generating insights to inform strategy and measure performance of marketing programs. Own end to end Blog and Social channel strategy. Partner with internal teams to implement engaging content and create reporting to measure developer engagement and proposals for improving the developer experience. Includes focus on acquisition, awareness, and retention. Assist in driving customer satisfaction by working with the customer research team and execution studies to provide an actionable feedback loop for site content. Research the competitive landscape and identify gaps and needs for optimizations across the site and marketing channels Lead Marketing Operations mechanisms such as marketing calendars, new request process, and navigation updates. Own relationship with stakeholder teams to help identify site and marketing needs and lead end to end support for managed marketing channels.
Basic Qualifications 3+ years of digital marketing experience Ability to coordinate fast-paced projects across functional teams Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Aptitude with data queries / leveraging data dashboards. Experience with digital marketing channels, such as Email, Social, Search (SEM & SEO), Blog Management Must have experience using Excel to manipulate and analyze data Utilized website analytics tool in previous roles, such as Adobe Analytics, Coremetrics, Google Analytics Proven track record of using quantitative and analytical skills to generate insights to inform strategy and measure performance of marketing programs. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM platforms, customer data management, audience definition and campaign implementation Ability to thrive under ambiguous and shifting priorities in a high-growth environment. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through to completion. Proven track record of using quantitative and analytical skills to generate insights to inform strategy and measure performance of marketing programs. Ability to learn new software and technology tools quickly.
This is a contract role with the opportunity to move into full-time work
