CareRev is bringing the future of work to Healthcare! We are developing a robust marketplace that connects trusted Healthcare professionals to relevant per diem shift opportunities. We are working to change the traditional relationship between Healthcare professionals and Healthcare facilities alike, aiming to build a future that ensures people who work in Healthcare have better tools and are empowered to be the healers they want to be. 

Who You Will Be Working With:

Our Strategic Accounts Director will focus on forging deep relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to CareRev’s clients within an assigned portfolio.  We are looking for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a creative problem solver with the intellectual curiosity to get to the bottom of client issues and opportunities, and the willingness to roll up their sleeves and work toward solutions in collaboration with operations counterparts and centralized resources to help build our Strategic Account function and contribute to CareRev’s strategy and success through the voice of our clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Taking responsibility for the satisfaction, retention, and growth of an assigned portfolio
  • Cultivating productive, trusted relationships with key client executives and stakeholders
  • Serving as a strategic advisor and consultative partner, helping to identify opportunities for growth within the assigned account portfolio
  • Influence a deeper client understanding of the CareRev platform and value proposition by presentation of data
  • Supporting the strategy and execution of the commercial process for contract renewals, renegotiations, expansions, and SOW within assigned portfolio
  • Running regular Strategic Account review process for each client, including relationship mapping, issue identification, and action planning, in lead up to Quarterly Business Review 
  • Proactively assessing, validating, and prioritizing client needs on an ongoing basis, channeling input from clients into CareRev’s product roadmap and strategy
  • Ability to identify and successfully forecast client needs to support CareRev’s operation teams to fulfill clients' needs and grow business
  • Partner with Ops, product, and leadership, monitoring issue resolution and ensuring appropriate, timely follow up by CareRev team members; advocating on behalf of the client within CareRev to overcome challenges to client satisfaction and providing feedback to CareRev to address root causes of satisfaction issues
  • Drive best in class CSAT/NPS scores

Accountable For:  

  • Revenue and Client Retention 
  • Client referenceability and satisfaction
  • Achieving Same-Store Growth Targets
  • Renewals and renegotiations
  • Overall client health 

What We’re Looking For:

  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent professional experience  
  • 5+ years in relationship management roles within healthcare (consulting, account management, etc.) 
  • Ability to generate trust among Healthcare executives, clinical leadership, and staffing team management
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives in key verticals
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A steady demeanor with the judgment to determine when to escalate and how to prioritize competing inputs
  • Commercial / business development acumen to identify and manage growth opportunities
  • Proven success in growing business in existing accounts; upselling, cross-selling
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, particularly in the realm of telling a compelling story of value, contributed to the partnership
  • Familiarity working with teams covering enterprise SaaS products and supporting corporate customers

Technical Requirements:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce experience preferred 
  • Google Suite Experience a positive 
  • Previous experience working in a high growth environment is a plus
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
