Levro is a new multicurrency business neobank. We help companies expand overseas by giving them the ability to hold, convert, and pay in/out of 30+ currencies using one account. Businesses can go global and hold $, €, £, ¥, etc., convert at better wholesale rates, pay in/out using local payment rails, and automate FX optimization.
We're looking for our first Sales Leads (multiple!) to join the team who is motivated and excited to make a huge impact on a hyper-growth startup and take ownership of identifying and pursuing the first customers verticals we will build out.
At Levro, Go-To-Market Sales Leads to bring a new multicurrency banking platform to market. As an early sales hire, you will be evangelizing Levro’s value to qualified sales leads and building and scaling a revenue machine from scratch - and positions you to accelerate our career as a revenue leader.
You are smart, organized, and excited to learn. More importantly, you are a strong, reliable detail-oriented extrovert that can serve as the first point of contact between Levro and our potential customers. You are comfortable building a sales pipeline with qualified sales opportunities, and moving leads through the funnel.
What You’ll do:
Learn about Levro’s product and services and align it with the needs and use cases of potential customers
Execute and manage outreach to leads who have engaged with marketing content such as webinars, websites, etc.
Identify buyer persona profiles to generate relevant prospects and leads
Craft messaging (phone, email, social) to help customers understand the value of Levro's platform
Follow-up on leads quickly and within designated timeframes
Discover new leads using a variety of sales tools – LinkedIn, investor networks, etc.
Handle multiple objections / rejections to get through to the key decision-maker and set appointments for our sales leaders to close the deal
Meticulously track and manage sales conversations in our CRM
What we’re looking for:
Entrepreneurial, with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources.
Low ego, highly intelligent, quick learner eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle any tasks for our clients
2+ years of relevant experience in sales, sales development, or business development
Excellent communication skills – able to negotiate and handle objections
Detailed oriented prospector
Solid business acumen with a focus on startups, SMB, and mid-market segment a huge plus
Action oriented with excellent work ethic and initiative
Strong written (emails, presentations) and verbal communication
