Helping pregnant parents capture stem cells from umbilical cords in case their kids ever need a stem cell treatment

Anja Health is seeking someone organized, innovative, and strategic to join our team. You will be responsible for all product development at Anja Health, with a focus on innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, will feel comfortable working cross-functionally and approaching problems in a a strategic, unique, and problem-solving way. Anja Health is based in LA, but this role is remote-friendly.

Primary responsibilities:

• Fluently own the product
• Monitor conversion
• Responsible for translating customer and business needs into short-term and long-term product direction
• Partners with design, engineering, operations, and marketing to lay the groundwork for current and near-term feature delivery
• Manages and maintains team product and feature backlog
• Works with product leadership to raise dependencies and imminent roadblocks to delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Deeply analytical: an understanding of how various frameworks can provide structure to complex questions
• Excellent communication skills: ability to facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders, clients, and more and foster alignment on ambiguous problems
• Highly productive: ability to be highly productive with little oversight day-to-day. This role is intended for somebody who will take meaningful responsibility and initiative
• 1+ year of experience with Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework
• 1+ year of experience building consumer-facing products at scale
