Curri is seeking candidates for a Vice President of Sales to lead our remote Sales teams. Who are we?

What you can expect

We are looking for our first VP, Sales, to help lead the sales team through the next phase of our rapid growth. Working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead the rapidly growing sales team as we continue to achieve our aggressive goals. This person will lead the strategic direction and management of the sales engine to fine-tune, optimize, scale, and successfully help the company meet its short and long-term objectives. Our VP of Sales will work with the existing sales management team to grow the entire sales organization, from SDRs to Key Account Managers, selling to SMBs and multimillion-dollar accounts. As a part of the Revenue leadership team, you will be a key voice in how we execute and grow. You will learn from our existing team and draw from their extensive experience and success while bringing new perspectives and solutions to enable exponential growth and greater market share penetration. As a trusted advisor, the VP of Sales must be an authentic collaborator, strong leader, and proactive, strategic problem solver. We will count on you to

Scale the sales team from a great foundation to support aggressive growth, marketing expansion, and new opportunities. Develop and execute the sales strategy as the company continues to offer new products and services and enter new markets. Align with the executive team on sales goals and provide regular reporting on actuals vs. targets, pipelines, and projections. Manage and optimize incentive programs for your team that balance company goals and team performance. Get your hands dirty with Key Accounts as needed to land new logos and expand with existing accounts. Partner closely with the rest of the Revenue teams, namely Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, to create a unified, customer-first approach to serving partners. Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure alignment as the company continues to grow and evolve rapidly. Ensure a robust customer feedback process that continues to drive our internal roadmap. Assist in developing our growing software business.

What you need to have

10+ years of sales leadership experience consistently exceeding revenue expectations at scale. Exceptional track record of scaling and leading a sales organization in a high growth company Proven track record of hiring and developing sales leaders and ICs. Experience selling into the C suite is required. Demonstrated experience defining and executing on a multi-tier sales model, including field-direct, inside and partner/channel sales. Expertise in sales plan creation, management, and reporting.
