Based in Menlo Park, CA, our startup is steadily advancing the way retailers engage and transact with their customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our SaaS platform's customer experience. We value in-person collaboration for its direct impact and efficiency, so this position is based in our Menlo Park office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Designer at Seer, you'll be instrumental in crafting the customer experience from the ground up. Your work will span the full design spectrum - from research and wireframing to visual and interaction design, culminating in prototyping that sets new standards. Speed, precision, and a knack for responsive design and component libraries will be your tools to succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in product design, especially UX/interaction design.
• Expertise in responsive design, component libraries, and the user-centered design process.
• Ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly, delivering exceptional quality on schedule.
• Skilled in conducting and leading user research, including interviews and focus groups, in collaboration with our customer success team.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a consistently positive outlook.
• Commitment to in-person collaboration in Menlo Park, embracing the opportunity to work closely with a tight- knit team.
