About the role

Paragon One ( connects large numbers of students to employers through industry relevant projects called Remote Externships. We make it easier for students to build professional experiences while also engaging with company employees. For enterprise customers who need to scale and engage their early talent pipeline, Paragon One’s platform saves companies like Facebook, PwC, Hewlett-Packard, National Geographic, Snapchat, and Cargill time and money while helping them increase brand engagement and achieve DE&I targets. Paragon One has served thousands of students with externships. Paragon One was founded by a team out of MIT and backed by YCombinator, Foundation Capital, University Ventures, and Learn Capital.

We are looking for a strategic product marketing leader who combines a product mindset with business development and marketing experiments.

Ideal candidates will have a combination of product, marketing, and content development skillset. More important than experience is a strategic mind and creative problem solving ability. We seek aspiring leaders who are passionate about solving extremely hard problems in the education-to-workforce movement.

Storytelling – developing a series of persona story arcs that we want to tell with our users (students, company employees, company leaders) that match with researched user/stakeholder pain points

Customer/stakeholder definitions and segmenting

Website (with Product)

Case studies, testimonials, and sales support materials

Manage content writers

Project manage PR agency (in collab with Product and BD)
