About the role

Memora Health has worked with over 50 healthcare organizations to make complex care journeys simple for patients and clinicians so that care is more accessible, actionable, and always-on. Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on an internal tools engineer. In this role, you will be tasked with building tooling that enables the Implementations team to easily and reliably configure and maintain care programs to meet the varied needs of customers. You should not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create tools to easily manage content and configure automated messaging (surveys, push notifications and chatbot communication) for care programs.

  • Develop workflow digitization tools to help our Implementations and Clinical Programs teams to seamlessly collaborate with customers while designing solutions/programs.

  • Build tooling to enable creating, duplicating, and modifying modularized care programs.

  • Support sustainably scaling implementations including reducing the dependency on engineering to launch new care programs.

 Qualifications (Required):

  • Fluency with Javascript, Nodejs and a frontend framework

  • Expertise consuming RESTful APIs

  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL database platforms (such as MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticache)

 Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Experience with React/Redux/Typescript

  • Experience in healthcare

  • Prior work at a startup
