About Seam

Seam is a platform for keyless entry into buildings. We work with building owners and residents to connect to their building access systems. This requires doing IoT integrations across hundreds of systems and standardizing common functions through a clean API. We then provide this API to service providers like DoorDash, Rover, and UPS. This enables them to more easily access lobbies for secure deliveries, making last-mile logistics more efficient, while also enabling residents to easily receive packages even if they're not home.

Our team is made of alums from Nest, Sonder, Stanford, Berkeley, YC, and more. We shipped millions of IoT devices and built dev tools used by every developer on earth. We are advised by the amazing Bunnie Huang and backed by Tiger Global, Root VC, founders and execs at Stripe, Plaid, and Airbnb, and other amazing angels and funds.

We are connecting to entrances in people's homes, and allowing service providers like DoorDash, Rover, and UPS to deliver their services more easily. Beyond smart access, we are building a platform to all economically relevant smart devices in people's homes.

About the Role

Have you ever come home from work, and encountered a "Missed Delivery" slip on your front door? It's frustrating when you miss a grocery delivery or a much anticipated package in the mail.

As online shopping becomes more and more prevalent, this problem is only going to get worse!

Seam is on a mission to overhaul the delivery experience by allowing consumers to give delivery companies pre-authorized access to their doors. Our team, made of alums in Nest, Sonder, Stanford, Berkeley, YC, and more, is building the software that will become the unified platform to smart access in our homes.

We are looking for someone who can wear many hats, specifically in Sales and Growth! Coming onboard, you will be in charge of growing our network of connected doors to millions by the end of 2024.

In your day-to-day role, you will communicate with various technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. You will implement onboarding flows for property managers and locksmiths to bring buildings online. We will pair you with best-in-class resources, such as our investors, to ensure your success.
