The founders are Wharton and MIT graduates who have deep M&A, Finance, and Hedge Fund experience including Bridgewater Associates, McKinsey, and Airbnb. About the Digital Product Manager position:

Digital Product Marketing will be a key team member that leads consumer-facing website development, ecommerce optimization, and UX efforts across our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate executes site developments through a creative lens informed by data. Your goal will be to drive conversions, increase AOV, and optimize the digital experience across all brand sites. You will be responsible for creating a deep understanding of consumers’ shopping behavior through qualitative & quantitative analysis. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop domain strategies while owning the implementation of roadmaps to improve performance portfolio-wide.

Web Product Manager Responsibilities Are:

Responsible for ongoing website updates, creating modifying web pages within our Shopify systems Responsible for optimizing the user journeys to drive online conversions Coordinate web page development, improving the user experience for customers. Plan and execute A/B and multivariate testing Maintain and elevate look, feel, and design of Moonshot portfolio websites, prioritizing improvements to UX and guest journey based on analytics and data develop and execute website efforts, adjust tactic strategy to optimize performance Lead eCommerce strategy discussions in a multi-disciplinary committee format. Manage and collaborate on digital roadmap projects and strategies Qualifications:

5+ years digital product development experience in eCommerce B2C experience is a must Possess a fundamental understanding of digital technologies as well as content management and ecommerce platforms and tools and how they interface with websites and digital technology Experience managing multiple large and complex projects from initial planning stages through conception, design, execution, delivery, and ongoing support. Familiarity with digital strategy with regards to ecommerce, SEO, online conversion, strategic enhancements, personalization, usability testing. Expert using A/B testing methodologies and familiarity with systems such as Google Optimize, VWO, etc Experience with mobile web presentation theory and responsive design methodologies, user testing, and mobile ecommerce.
