About the role

As our first recruiter, you'll be responsible for building PopSQL's recruiting function. You'll work directly with the CEO to develop and execute our strategic hiring plan.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical hires. Bonus if you can flex into an occasional non-technical hire

• Own and improve our recruiting processes and talent sourcing strategies

• Work with external agencies where necessary

• Build our employer brand so we can attract world class talent

• Create an outstanding candidate experience

• Work with the executive team to grow the company culture and promote employee happiness

About you

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience

• Ability to represent the company with integrity and professionalism, since you'll be the first point of contact with external parties

• Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software

• Curiosity and interest in the data analytics/business intelligence space PopSQL operates in
